Case Study: Silver Hill Funding
By Dean Schwartz (SWAG Master): Silver Hill Funding, LLC is a small-balance commercial mortgage lender. They offer financing from $250,000 to $5,000,000 on commercial real estate. SOBO was contacted by Silver Hill’s agency, Suite Decisions, to help them come up with a gift to send to mortgage brokers after a deal was closed. They were looking for items that would be useful in an office environment. Keeping Silver Hill Funding top of mind was the goal.
Based on their budget, we put together a kit that included 4 coffee mugs, 2 notepads, pens, a pack of coffee, 2 packs of Tazo Tea, and 2 packs of chocolate-covered biscotti (for those with a sweet tooth). Everything was nicely packed in a custom-printed shipper box. SOBO takes are of warehousing the boxes, and we wait for Silver Hill to send us the addresses of the deals closed. We then ship the kits out at the end of each month.
