New Custom Dye Apparel

By Dean Schwartz (SWAG Master): Custom dye apparel is that new, eye-catching custom product that you didn’t know you wanted but can’t wait to have once you see it. Admittedly, it’s a newer trend in custom apparel, but it’s essentially a twist on that same tie-dye technique that was all the rage in the 60s and again for parts of the 80s.

Customers of all kinds love custom dye apparel because of its flexibility in terms of design. You pick the colors and the design, and it’s almost magical watching it all come together. Within the custom dye apparel space, there are actually a number of even more specific options. You can dip dye on all kinds of tops, including button downs, fashion tops and more; you can mineral wash, rainbow novelty dye and more.

Our hotel, HR, large restaurant chain and retail clients in particular have eaten these up. Custom orders start at a minimum of 300 units.

Here are a few examples of how you could use this apparel. Hotel clients, for example, particularly with some of our tropical climate friends, find that the light fabric with a colorful, energetic design is great for their hotel staff. Large restaurant chains sometimes go the button down route, but they enjoy the flexibility of custom dye apparel in aligning with a cool, unique look for the restaurant itself.

And retail clients in particular think the world of custom dye apparel, because just about every store has generic, logo-stamped apparel, but a custom look, like you can get from dyed apparel, helps them stand out to shoppers.
