More specifically, they how important it is to know or recognize a person by name when doing business. The results? An overwhelming amount – 96% – said yes, it is very important.

“Clearly, customers place a higher level of trust in businesses that visibly brand and distinguish their staff, said Marla Kott, CEO of Imprint Plus.

And how do they do that? “By identifying them with professional name badges that promote accountability and further a commitment to customer relations,” she said.
