Case Study: Custom Camp Shirts Add Fun to Pearle Vision Meeting

Recently, the Pearle Vision team reached out to us regarding an order for custom shirts ahead of the company’s upcoming retreat to Florida. In attendance, they were expecting their own staff, along with franchisees from throughout the country – many of whom are not from Florida.

As such, they wanted to create customized attire for each of the retreat’s attendees so that they could have a fun way to dive head first into their Florida retreat experience.

There were a number of ways to go about this. The obvious route was to embroider a simple camp shirt (i.e. Tommy Bahama-style) or perhaps a crazy Hawaiian shirt to give that fun, resort feel. The other option, however, was to see if we could incorporate Pearle Vision branding into their own unique design (this was the route we took).

Their custom camp shirt design began with an image of the latest Pearle Vision retail facade, which we repeated at the bottom of the shirt. We then combined it with some hibiscus flowers and palm trees to give it that “tropical” look. To add a little more Pearle Vision flair, we incorporated their glasses logo as a pattern across the bottom as well as in the palm trees to mimic coconuts. Add their logo to the sleeve and viola… Pearle Vision’s own custom camp/Hawaiian shirt design, guaranteed to get any conference attendee feeling “tropical” and excited to be part of such a great company.
