Custom Logo Furniture and Decor: A Complete Guide to Branding Your Space

Custom logo furniture is commercial-grade seating, tables, game room equipment, and decor built to carry your brand for years instead of a single event. Unlike a shirt or a tote bag that leaves with the recipient, custom branded furniture stays in the room, gets used every day, and keeps advertising long after the marketing budget that paid for it has been spent elsewhere.

That distinction matters more than it sounds like it should. A stool sits in a bar for a decade. A table top gets photographed by every customer who eats off it. A clock hangs on a wall until somebody takes it down. This guide walks through every category of custom logo furniture and decor, what it’s made of, how it’s decorated, and which pieces make sense for which spaces.

What Is Custom Logo Furniture?

Custom logo furniture is furniture built to commercial standards and decorated with a business’s branding, whether that’s a logo, a color palette, or full photography. It covers five broad categories: seating, tables, game room equipment, wall decor and clocks, and protective covers. What separates custom bar furniture and other branded pieces from typical promotional products is durability. Every line is manufactured to meet or exceed ANSI/BIFMA commercial testing standards, built from steel, hardwood, and marine-grade materials rather than the lighter-weight components used in home furniture, and designed to hold up to years of daily commercial use rather than a single trade show or event.

Here’s how the five categories compare at a glance.

Category What’s Included Material and Construction Decoration Method Best For
Seating Custom bar stools, chairs, shop stools 16-gauge steel or solid Appalachian Red Oak/Northeast Maple, commercial marine-grade vinyl seats Digital print, laser engrave, sublimation Bars, restaurants, retail counters, shop floors

Sizing and Spacing: Getting the Fit Right Before You Order

Custom logo furniture is the cheapest thing to get right before ordering and the most annoying thing to fix after. A few rules make the difference between a room that feels right and one that feels off:

  • Seat height terminology: 18 inches is chair height, 25 inches is counter stool height, 30 inches is standard bar stool height, and 36 inches is tall bar stool height.
  • Seat-to-surface clearance: leave about 12 inches between the top of the seat and the top of the table, counter, or bar. An 18-inch seat pairs with a 30 to 32-inch table, a 25-inch seat with a 36 to 38-inch counter, and a 30-inch seat with a 42-inch bar.
  • How many stools: measure the counter in feet and divide by two. Two feet of counter per stool is comfortable for most seating in this catalog.

If a counter height falls between those figures, custom heights are available on most seating styles.

Custom Bar Stools and Chairs Built for Commercial Abuse

Seating is where most branded furniture programs start, and for good reason. Custom bar stools get more daily contact with a customer than almost any other piece of branded merchandise a business owns. SOBO’s seating line covers backless stools, ladder back and spindle back chairs, wood back stools, shop stools, and retro double ring stools, all built on steel or solid hardwood frames with commercial marine-grade vinyl seats.

Custom logo backless bar stool with printed orange cushion top and chrome legs

Traditional Backless Stool (SB-101)

The workhorse of the line. A round cushioned seat with a full side band gives two print surfaces instead of one, so the branding reads from across the room as well as from the seat itself.

  • Frame options: Black Wrinkle or Chrome
  • Seat: commercial marine-grade vinyl, top and side printing
  • Swivel: S-360 continuous rotation
  • Seat heights: 25 inches or 30 inches

Laser engraved maple back panel on a custom wood swivel bar stool

Wood Back Swivel Stool (SB-204)

The premium option in the line. A solid medium maple back panel takes a laser engrave, which burns the mark into the wood so it can’t scuff or fade the way a printed surface can over time.

  • Back: solid medium maple, laser engraved
  • Seat: vinyl or solid wood
  • Frame: Black Wrinkle
  • Swivel: S-360 continuous rotation

Retro double ring bar stool with printed backrest in red and blue vinyl

Retro Double Ring Stool with Back (SB-502)

Three print surfaces on a single piece: seat top, seat side, and backrest. That’s the highest brand-impression count per unit anywhere in the seating line, and the backrest doubles as a sightline marker above a crowded bar.

  • Frame: triple chrome plated steel
  • Seat: commercial marine-grade vinyl
  • Printing: top, side, backrest, or all three combined
  • Swivel: S-360 continuous rotation

LED Stool (SB-601)

This is the piece that gets photographed and posted. Four customizable Lexan panels light from within with 16 static colors and 4 transitional settings, run on a rechargeable battery good for up to 12 hours, and hold up outdoors since the whole build is waterproof.

  • Height: 30 inches
  • Panels: 4 per piece, custom printed Lexan
  • Power: rechargeable, up to 12 hours, waterproof
  • Includes a stainless steel foot ring

The rest of the seating line rounds out the options: ladder back and spindle back swivel stools for a lighter, more open profile, panel back stools with the widest finish range including anodized nickel and bronze, hardwood cushion stools with six stock wood finishes, and rugged shop stools on casters built for service bays and back-of-house use. For the full breakdown of how sublimation compares to other decoration methods used across this line, see our guide to fully sublimated SWAG.

Custom Logo Tables: Four Bases and a Print Surface Everyone Uses

Every table in the line pairs a durable base with a sublimated logo top, which means full-color clarity edge to edge rather than the faded look of older screen-printed tops. Bases come in four styles: X base, round base, square base, and star base with an integrated foot ring.

Custom logo pub table with black X base and full-color sublimated top

X Base Table (TB-101)

The most stable four-point base in the line and the easiest to sweep under. Tops are 1-inch hardened MDF core with a scratch-resistant laminate face.

  • Heights: 30, 36, or 42 inches
  • Top sizes: 30 or 36 inches
  • Finish: Black Wrinkle base, Black or Chrome trim
  • Optional chrome foot ring

Star Base Table with Foot Ring (TB-103)

Bar height only, with the integrated foot ring included standard instead of billed as an upcharge. The five-point base spreads load across uneven patio and event flooring better than a standard four-point base does.

  • Height: 42 inches
  • Top sizes: 30 or 36 inches
  • Base: steel 5-point plate, 2-inch steel column
  • Foot ring: standard

LED Table (TB-201)

The table version of the LED stool, at 42 inches tall with the same 4-panel Lexan build, IR remote control, and 12-hour rechargeable runtime. Indoor or outdoor, and fully waterproof.

The round base and square base tables round out the line. Round bases work well in tight floor plans where an X-shaped footprint tends to get kicked, and the square base’s pyramid plate gives the most architectural profile of the four when the tabletop is meant to be the visual hero. For outdoor installs where UV exposure would shorten the life of a printed top, Enduro all-weather tops are available in seven stock patterns as a non-branded alternative, with branding carried on the base or stool instead.

Custom Logo Game Room: Brand Placement People Choose to Spend an Hour With

Game room pieces earn attention differently than a sign on a wall does. Nobody lingers in front of a poster, but people will spend an hour around a custom pool table or shuffleboard table, which makes this category some of the highest-engagement branded real estate a business can own. For smaller-footprint game room options, check out our guide to custom tabletop games.

Custom logo cue rack with branded center medallion holding a full set of pool cues

Cue Rack and Racking Triangle (GM-121 / GM-131)

The accessories are where a game room program either reads finished or reads like a stool with a sticker slapped on it. Both pieces take full-color decoration and are inexpensive enough to double as employee or VIP gifts.

  • Cue rack: solid wood, CNC-routed, real mirrored glass, 36 inches long, holds a full set of cues
  • Finishes: Chardonnay, Navajo, English Tudor, or Black
  • Triangle: durable polypropylene, holds 15 balls, decal on both sides

Pool Table (GM-101)

Seven decoration zones on a single piece: bed cloth, rails, blinds, side panels, end panels, center panels, and the cover. A custom pool table is the rare piece of marketing a customer will queue up to touch.

  • Finishes: Chardonnay or Navajo
  • Legs: Ball and Claw or Taper
  • Dimensions: 98″L x 54″W x 32″H, 726 lbs
  • Logo cloth available in 7, 8, or 9-foot sizes with 10 stock colors

Shuffleboard Table (GM-201)

Twelve feet of maple playfield sealed under a 0.25-inch polymer coat, with engraved side and end panels. The electronic scoring unit is a separately branded surface and fits most existing shuffleboard panels.

  • Playfield: 132.5″L x 16″W, 0.25″ polymer seal
  • Weight: 494 lbs
  • Finishes: Chardonnay or Navajo
  • Scoring unit sold separately, digitally printed face

Box Lighting (GM-151)

Shatter-resistant printed panels on a black metal frame, decorated front, back, and both ends. The long fixture works out to a lit 42-inch banner suspended right at eye level over the table.

  • Dimensions: 42″L x 17″W x 12″H
  • Panels: shatter-resistant, digitally printed
  • Illumination: T8 LED tubes or 60W max equivalent

Shade lighting rounds out the game room line, with pendant and three-shade fixture options in nine stock shade colors before any artwork even goes on. Custom Wall Clock Options and Wall Decor: The Pieces That Outlast the Campaign

Wall decor is the category built for longevity over impact. A mirror or a custom wall clock does not get replaced when a promotion ends, since nobody thinks to take a functioning clock off the wall.

Double Ring Neon Clocks (WD-201 / WD-202)

Authentic glass lens face, real neon, and seven outer ring color options. In a dim room this is the brightest branded object on the wall, and unlike a lit sign, nobody resents a clock.

  • Diameters: 15 or 19 inches
  • Outer ring colors: Yellow, Blue, Red, Green, Purple, Orange, White
  • Casing: Chrome or Black

Multi-Color LED Clock (WD-211)

Twenty static colors and nineteen dynamic modes on a pull chain, with adjustable speed and brightness. One SKU that matches a brand palette today and a holiday palette in December.

  • Diameter: 16 inches
  • Face: glass lens, chrome casing
  • Control: on/off pull chain

Wood Clocks and Signs (WD-241 / WD-242)

One inch of solid wood, either printed with UV-cured ink or laser engraved. The engraved version has no ink to fade, which makes it the right call for anything meant to outlast the current brand refresh.

  • Diameter: 13 inches
  • Decoration: UV-cured print or laser engrave
  • Mount: keyhole hanger

Custom branded bar mirror with black frame and digitally printed logo

Mirrors (WD-101 / WD-102 / WD-103)

Real 1/8-inch glass, not acrylic, digitally printed with UV-cured ink. Mirrors do something a flat sign can’t: they bounce room light back at the viewer, so the piece changes through the day instead of fading into the background.

  • Sizes: 17″x22″ up to 27″x35″
  • Frame: 1.25-inch matte black or 3-inch black wood
  • Hardware: saw-tooth hanger included

Canvas prints (WD-121/WD-122), acrylic LED backlit signs (WD-131/132/133), snap frame signs (WD-141), and weatherproof indoor/outdoor clocks with built-in thermometers (WD-221/222) round out the wall decor line for businesses that need something beyond a traditional custom wall clock. For freestanding branded signage beyond what hangs on the wall, see our guide to 3D retail displays.

Custom Grill Covers, Tire Covers, and Seat Covers: Marine Vinyl That Protects and Advertises

Covers are the highest-utility piece in this entire catalog. A cover gets used every time the item underneath it does, which means the branding gets seen constantly instead of occasionally. Custom grill covers, custom tire covers, and custom seat covers see the most daily use, though the same construction protects TVs, pool tables, and shuffleboards too. We covered this same idea for the golf bag in our guide to custom golf club covers.

Product SKU Range Fits / Sizing Key Feature
Grill Covers CV-101 / CV-102 60″ or 72″ wide x 24″ deep x 36″ tall Breathable marine vinyl, moisture vents, dual cinch clasps
Tire Covers CV-301 to CV-312 Full passenger and RV sizing chart Bead-welt seams, optional grommets, cable, lock, camera port
Seat Covers CV-501 14.5″ diameter, up to 4″ cushion Elastic band wrap, rebrands a venue overnight
TV Covers CV-401 to CV-404 30″x36″ up to 60″x65″ Soft screen backing, remote pouch, fits most wall mounts
Pool and Shuffleboard Covers CV-201 to CV-211 7′, 8′, 9′ pool tables and 12′ shuffleboard Woven-back lint-free vinyl, commercially sewn hem

A custom grill cover is the rare branded gift that gets used weekly and stored outdoors in plain sight. Tire covers work as rolling billboards that park in a driveway every day, and custom seat covers are the single highest-leverage item in the catalog since an elastic band form-fits over existing bar stool seats, letting a business rebrand an entire venue overnight for a fraction of the cost of replacing the seating outright.Custom branded grill cover in black marine vinyl with printed logo

Why Furniture Works Differently Than Typical SWAG

Most promotional products have a short working life. The 2026 ASI Global Advertising Impressions Study found that a typical promotional product generates roughly 3,300 brand impressions over its lifetime, with items people keep and use longer, like bags and headwear, generating the most impressions per dollar spent.

Custom logo furniture and decor extends that same logic much further. A giveaway pen leaves the building with whoever picked it up. Custom branded furniture doesn’t leave. It sits in the same room for years, gets used by every customer who walks through the door, and keeps generating impressions long after a single event or promotion has ended. That’s a fundamentally different kind of asset than the rest of a SWAG budget, and it’s why furniture deserves its own line item rather than getting folded into a general promo products order.

Furniture works best paired with the smaller pieces that live on top of it. If a bar program is already covering the stools and tables, our guide to custom bar accessories covers the coasters, bottle openers, and bar mats that round out the same on-premise marketing push.

How to Get Started

Custom logo furniture programs move faster than most people expect. Minimum order quantity is one piece, so a program can start with a single flagship location and scale from there. Standard production runs 7 to 10 business days, and SOBO drop ships direct to venues and accounts, so nobody’s renting warehouse space to store their own marketing.

Artwork moves fastest as a vector file (.ai, .eps, or .pdf), though .psd, .tiff, and .jpg files at 300 DPI or higher will also work. Two rounds of mockups come standard with every order: the first submission and one round of edits, at no charge.

Give us a shout if you’re ready to talk through a program, whether that’s a dozen custom bar stools for one taproom or a full seating, table, and game room rollout across multiple locations.

FAQs

What is the minimum order for custom logo furniture?
The minimum order quantity is one piece across the entire line, and standard production runs 7 to 10 business days.
What materials are used in custom bar stools and tables?
Seating frames use 16-gauge steel or solid Appalachian Red Oak and Northeast Maple hardwood, with commercial marine-grade vinyl seats. Table tops are 1-inch hardened MDF core with a scratch-resistant laminate face.
What file types are needed for custom artwork?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) work best. Raster formats like .psd, .tiff, and .jpg are accepted at 300 DPI minimum, in US Web Coated (SWOPv2) CMYK color space.
Can custom logo furniture be used outdoors?
Yes. Custom grill covers, tire covers, LED tables and stools, and the wood and neon clock lines are all built to handle outdoor and patio use, and Enduro table tops offer a non-branded, all-weather alternative for outdoor installs.
How long does custom logo furniture actually last?
All seating is manufactured to meet or exceed nationally recognized fire retardant standards and passes California Technical Bulletin and FMVSS No. 302 testing. Swivels use encased stainless steel ball bearings rated for 360-degree continuous rotation, and steel frames are powder coated or triple chrome plated to resist rust and abrasion.
